Specialist, Distributor Support Management

About the Role
We are looking for a Specialist in Distributor Support Management to join our UK Transfer Agency team. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in supporting clients, investors, and distributors while maintaining the highest operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with external clients and their investors/distributors to:
- Resolve day-to-day operational issues
- Direct clients to appropriate resources and solutions
- Monitor and track inquiries to ensure they are completed within agreed service standards
- Escalate non-routine or complex issues to the relevant team members for further resolution
- Ensure all work aligns with regulatory requirements, including:
- CASS (Client Asset Safeguarding)
- COLL (Collective Investment Schemes)
- COBS (Conduct of Business Sourcebook)
- DISP (Disclosures and Transparency)
- GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation)
- Consumer Duty (Consumer financial protections)
- Collaborate in internal initiatives designed to enhance the client/distributor experience

Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
- Demonstrates the educational background, training, and experience necessary to perform the role effectively.
- Preference for experience in financial services, particularly in operational areas or client services.
Preferred
- Willingness to develop skills in AI and digital tools.
