Specialist, Distributor Support Management

About the Role

We are looking for a Specialist in Distributor Support Management to join our UK Transfer Agency team. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in supporting clients, investors, and distributors while maintaining the highest operational excellence.


Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with external clients and their investors/distributors to:
    • Resolve day-to-day operational issues
    • Direct clients to appropriate resources and solutions
  • Monitor and track inquiries to ensure they are completed within agreed service standards
  • Escalate non-routine or complex issues to the relevant team members for further resolution
  • Ensure all work aligns with regulatory requirements, including:
    • CASS (Client Asset Safeguarding)
    • COLL (Collective Investment Schemes)
    • COBS (Conduct of Business Sourcebook)
    • DISP (Disclosures and Transparency)
    • GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation)
    • Consumer Duty (Consumer financial protections)
  • Collaborate in internal initiatives designed to enhance the client/distributor experience

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

  • Demonstrates the educational background, training, and experience necessary to perform the role effectively.
  • Preference for experience in financial services, particularly in operational areas or client services.

Preferred

  • Willingness to develop skills in AI and digital tools.
