Specialist II, Shareholder Services – UK Transfer Agency Operations
Location: Manchester, UK

This role focuses on making an impact in the following areas:
- Conducting oversight of operational processes in our processing centers to ensure adherence to/exceeding client service standards, including:
- Managing change control
- Records maintenance
- Payments processing
- Reconciliation of invoices
- Other document-driven Transfer Agency processes
- Investigating and resolving day-to-day operational queries, incidents, and issues while analyzing performance data to drive continuous improvement
- Owning the review and maintenance of relevant procedures with our print vendor
- Supporting the Operations Manager in:
- Daily workflow management
- Team training and development
- Participation in periodic internal/external reviews and audits
- Ensuring full compliance with client regulatory requirements, including:
- CASS
- COLL
- COBS
- DISP
- GDPR
- Consumer Duty (as applicable)

Requirements
To excel in this role, the following qualifications are essential:
- A combination of education, training, and experience demonstrating the ability to perform these responsibilities
- A bachelor’s degree is beneficial but not required
- 5–7 years of total work experience, though less experienced candidates will be considered
- Preferred
- Experience in financial services operations or relevant oversight
- Advanced Excel skills
- Data analysis and mapping expertise
- VBA knowledge (not essential, but advantageous)
- Development interest in AI and Digital Tools
