Specialist II, Shareholder Services – UK Transfer Agency Operations

Location: Manchester, UK

This role focuses on making an impact in the following areas:

  • Conducting oversight of operational processes in our processing centers to ensure adherence to/exceeding client service standards, including:
    • Managing change control
    • Records maintenance
    • Payments processing
    • Reconciliation of invoices
    • Other document-driven Transfer Agency processes
  • Investigating and resolving day-to-day operational queries, incidents, and issues while analyzing performance data to drive continuous improvement
    • Owning the review and maintenance of relevant procedures with our print vendor
  • Supporting the Operations Manager in:
    • Daily workflow management
    • Team training and development
    • Participation in periodic internal/external reviews and audits
  • Ensuring full compliance with client regulatory requirements, including:
    • CASS
    • COLL
    • COBS
    • DISP
    • GDPR
    • Consumer Duty (as applicable)

Requirements

To excel in this role, the following qualifications are essential:

  • A combination of education, training, and experience demonstrating the ability to perform these responsibilities
    • A bachelor’s degree is beneficial but not required
  • 5–7 years of total work experience, though less experienced candidates will be considered
  • Preferred
    • Experience in financial services operations or relevant oversight
    • Advanced Excel skills
    • Data analysis and mapping expertise
    • VBA knowledge (not essential, but advantageous)
  • Development interest in AI and Digital Tools
