Are you passionate about supporting learners to achieve their full potential and ensuring they receive the exam access arrangements they need to succeed?
Lancaster and Morecambe College are looking for an experienced and skilled Specialist Tutor / Exam Access Arrangements Assessor to join the Learning Support Team. You will ensure that exam arrangements are in place for all learners who require them, conducting assessments in line with JCQ and Awarding Organisations’ regulations. You will also support students with additional learning needs to develop skills and strategies that promote independent learning, as well as raising awareness of these needs across the college to ensure students reach their full potential.

You should be qualified to degree level, as well as holding a teaching qualification and a Level 7 SpLD Assessor Qualification or an equivalent Exam Access Arrangements qualification.

Salary: Up to £35,807 per annum, depending on Qualifications and Experience
Hours: Full Time, 37 hours per week
