Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

This role also includes the tracking of achievement and progress, to celebrate each child’s strengths and growth, which can be shared within their professional network. This is particularly important as we grow our provision to ensure we have the role models, support, and most importantly passionate practitioners around our young people.

We will give you the training and development you need to be at the forefront of classroom delivery for children with a number of barriers to accessing education. As well as this, you will be working alongside experienced, committed, and enthusiastic staff, focused on child centred and trauma informed practice.

The successful candidate will have experience of working with young people with complex backgrounds and challenging behaviours, and will be able to implement a variety of approaches to bridge any potential learning gaps. They will have experience of working in school environments, working with groups of children, delivering teaching sessions and will understand the complex educational landscape to be able to support our education colleagues in the achievement of re-integration to education. The candidate will also be familiar with educational progress measures, to support in the delivery of target setting and goals for not only our school colleagues, but also around Laser accreditation pathways for all children across the young people service.

This exciting role is a highly rewarding one, working with a team passionately advocating for children who often do not have a voice, and supporting them to create positive changes. We pride ourselves on the quality of our delivery and strive to be at the forefront of Attachment and Trauma informed practice.
