Description

Priory Hospital Roehampton Salary: £81,404
Full Time/37.5 Hours

At Roehampton, we offer an individualised, person-centred approach for all of our patients. Our aim is to work with everyone who stays with us, to support them to move back to their home or into the community so they can continue to live their life. Our assessment and treatment options are overseen by a full and diverse multidisciplinary team (MDT).

  • Deliver high-quality psychiatric assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for patients with complex mental health needs, ensuring safe, evidence-based, and person-centred care.
  • Take clinical responsibility for a defined caseload, leading the development, implementation, and review of individualised treatment plans.
  • Work collaboratively within the multidisciplinary team (MDT), contributing to ward rounds, case reviews, and discharge planning to support positive patient outcomes.
  • Undertake comprehensive risk assessments and maintain accurate, timely clinical records in line with professional, legal, and organisational standards.
  • Provide clinical leadership, supervision, and guidance to junior medical staff and contribute to teaching, quality improvement, and clinical governance activities.
  • Ensure compliance with GMC standards, the Mental Health Act, the Mental Capacity Act, and Priory policies, while supporting continuous service development and excellence in patient care.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
