Lighting Specification & Project Stream Manager

About the job:

The Lighting Specification & Projects Manager will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of lighting specifications, supporting projects from initial concept through to production and contractor handover. The role combines technical expertise, client relationship management, and operational leadership, working closely with customers, the Lighting Design Team, and internal departments to ensure solutions are both deliverable and commercially viable.

In addition, the role supports tender submissions and associated administrative processes, ensuring accurate documentation, timely responses, and alignment with project and customer requirements, while leading the Quotations and Bespoke LED teams to deliver high-quality outputs.

About my client:

My client design and manufacture internal and external lighting solutions for customers across the whole spectrum of the public and private sectors, with quality and sustainability at the heart of our operations. Established in 1992, we have grown to become a global operator with bases in Warrington and Belfast and state-of-the-art showrooms in Belfast, Warrington, Madrid, and Dublin, supplying to more than 26 countries.

Key Responsibilities:

Specification & Project Management

  • Support customers with technical guidance, product selection, and compliant solutions
  • Oversee project progression from specification through to order fulfilment and delivery
  • Coordinate contractor pack requirements, ensuring accurate and timely documentation
  • Liaise with internal departments (sales, production, logistics) to ensure smooth project execution

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
