This is a fantastic opportunity to join Sky Garden (part of the Genuit Group)—a market-leading provider of green roofs, blue roofs, and urban greening solutions, operating at the forefront of sustainable construction.
You’ll play a key role in driving specifications on major commercial and residential projects, working directly with architects, consultants, and developers to influence design at the earliest stages.
With sustainability high on the agenda across the UK built environment, this is a high-growth, high-impact area where you can build a strong pipeline and make a visible contribution.
This role will cover the South Wales, South West, and Midlands regions, including the major cities of Bristol, Bath, Cardiff, Swansea, Birmingham, and the surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities
- Securing product specifications with architects, landscape architects, and consultants
- Developing and managing a robust project pipeline across your region
- Delivering technical CPDs to drive engagement and product adoption
- Working closely with contractors to ensure specifications convert to orders
- Promoting a multi-product solution including green roofs, blue roofs, and living walls
- Identifying and influencing opportunities at early design / RIBA stages
- Maintaining accurate pipeline and project tracking data
Skills and Experience
- Experience in a specification or technical sales role within construction
- Strong relationships with architects, consultants, or specifiers
- Confident delivering CPDs and technical presentations
- Commercially aware with the ability to build and convert pipeline
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable managing a regional territory
- Full UK driving licence
