We are currently recruiting for a Specification Sales Manager - Indoor Climate Solutions to join our UK & Ireland team, taking responsibility for specification activity across the South East of England (primarily around London).
About the role
Reporting to the Sales Manager (ICS) – UK, you’ll be responsible for securing the specified use of Wavin solutions through a technical, consultative, value-added sales approach. Focussing on upstream stakeholders and decision makers, you’ll engage with specifiers, consultants, developers, architects, engineers, local authorities, and contractors to influence projects from concept through to completion. Success in this role will come from your ability to build and manage a strong project pipeline, create demand early in the value chain, and position Wavin as a trusted solutions partner across major commercial and infrastructure projects.

- Drive profitable sales growth through a specification-led commercial approach
- Build and manage a strong project and specification pipeline from concept to completion
- Develop trusted relationships with investors, developers, architects, consultants, engineers, and contractors
- Promote integrated Wavin solutions through technical and consultative selling
- Work collaboratively across Product Management, Technical Design, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales teams
- Identify and convert new business opportunities within target sectors
- Support cross-selling opportunities across the wider Wavin product portfolio
- Deliver compelling technical presentations, proposals, and solution-based discussions
About you
- Degree qualified in Engineering, Building Services, Architecture, Urban Planning, or related discipline
- Proven experience in technical specification or solution selling specifically within Heat Interface and/or HVAC
- Strong commercial background with active project sales experience
- Experience working with Tier 1 contractors and major commercial projects
- Understanding of the building envelope and construction project lifecycle
- Ability to manage complex stakeholder environments and influence at all levels
- Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Commercially astute with strong planning, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities
- Customer-focused, results-driven, and highly self-motivated
