Specification Sales Manager Instanta
Specification Manager – Instanta (North Region)
Zip Water is a global leader in providing advanced drinking water solutions, including filtered boiling, chilled, and sparkling water. We are seeking a Specification Manager to focus on the Instanta brand in the North region and play a pivotal role in driving specification and sales.
About the Role
This role is responsible for driving specification and sales of Instanta products through engagement with key specifiers, such as catering equipment suppliers. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the sales team to identify and track project opportunities, provide technical and product support, and deliver exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive specification and sales of Instanta products in the North region
- Engage with key specifiers to create business opportunities
- Identify, track, and nurture project opportunities
- Provide technical and product support to enhance sales credibility
- Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the sales process

Requirements & Critical Skills
- Proven background in specification sales, preferably within food service, catering equipment, or hospitality
- Strong network and relationships within the North region
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with building regulations, industry standards, and trends in food service (advantageous)
- Highly self-motivated, results-driven, and proactive
- Skilled in CRM software (including Salesforce or similar)
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment
