Location: Covering locations in the South West with our Head Office in Chepstow.

Salary: £28,000.00 - £40,000.00 depending on experience

Contract Type: Permanent

Hours: 37.5 per week (flexible hours and working will be considered)

Holidays: 33 days per year (inclusive of bank holidays)

Benefits: Pension, flexible working, training opportunities, lunch allowance, all equipment provided (e.g. laptop, mobile), team socials, Audible Subscription.

Job Role:

  • Deliver high-quality speech and language therapy.
  • Manage and update clinical caseloads.
  • Complete assessments, report and case notes.
  • Communicate with families, schools and MDTs.
  • Embed speech and language therapy strategies in client environments.
  • Develop therapy resources and contribute to best practice.

Essential Qualifications and Skills:

  • A degree in Speech and Language Therapy
  • Registered member of the Royal College of Speech and Language Therapists (RCSLT)
  • HCPC registration
  • A valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes, or the ability to travel independently to meet the requirements of the role.

Berry Therapy is a specialist Speech and Language Therapy service based in Chepstow, Wales. Our team of experienced and passionate professionals is dedicated to supporting individuals with communication challenges through evidence-based, person-centred intervention.

We have extensive experience working with individuals with acquired brain injury and complex neurodisabilities, helping each person rebuild communication skills, independence, and confidence. We also specialise in Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC), providing a wide range of assistive technology solutions and communication strategies to help people express themselves more effectively in everyday life.

At Berry Therapy, we believe that everyone deserves a voice, and we work collaboratively to help every client reach their full communication potential.
