Job Description: Speech and Language Therapist
Roicare, a leading provider of residential care for children with autism, is seeking a passionate and experienced Speech and Language Therapist to join our dedicated team. Our facility provides specialized residential care for children with autism, learning and physical disabilities, brain injuries, and complex needs.
About the Role
As a Speech and Language Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing assessment, intervention, and support to the children in our care, helping them improve their communication and language skills.
This is a new home which will be opening soon. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who would like to work within a challenging yet exciting fast-paced position delivering the highest standard of professionalism for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized intervention plans for children with speech and language difficulties.
- Provide one-on-one therapy and group sessions as required.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team, including caregivers, to ensure a holistic approach to care.
- Develop and deliver training to staff and caregivers to enhance communication strategies.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare progress reports.
