We are working with a fantastic college passionate about transforming lives through education. They support young people and adults with a wide range of special educational needs and disabilities to achieve their aspirations and live as independently as possible.
We are now looking for a Speech and Language Therapist to join our dedicated and multidisciplinary team in the Kingston region.
About the Role
You will play a vital role in supporting students with diverse communication needs, including those with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs. Working collaboratively with teaching staff and therapists, you will deliver high-quality, person-centred interventions across both universal and specialist levels.

Key responsibilities include:
- Assessing and supporting students' communication and swallowing needs
- Delivering individual and group therapy sessions
- Supporting the development of a 'total communication' environment
- Providing guidance, training and coaching to staff
- Contributing to multidisciplinary working within Integrated Services
About You

- Holds a recognised qualification in Speech and Language Therapy
- Is HCPC registered
- Has experience (or strong interest) in working with people with learning disabilities and/or autism
- Is committed to person-centred, functional, and innovative practice
- Enjoys working collaboratively as part of a supportive team
