Speech and Language Therapist

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Speech and Language Therapist to join our innovative Great Minds Therapy & Training Services. This is a hybrid working role, where you will deliver therapeutic provision as part of the Great Minds Projects Team. The role has been created to support the development and delivery of new therapeutic education projects. The post-holder will bring specialist clinical skills to pilot projects, training, consultation, direct interventions, and additional cover across TCES and the National Online School when required.

The role will suit a therapist who is flexible, practical, and interested in working across a broad range of settings. It offers the chance to be part of a developing projects team, supporting new services as they emerge and building experiences across direct clinical work, whole-school approaches, training, assessment, consultation, and service development.

Great Minds Therapy & Training Services, sister to the TCES Group, delivers specialist therapy, training, and whole-system support across the UK, helping children and young people feel safe, understood, and ready to thrive.

We support individuals facing barriers in education, including those with SEND, complex needs, and Emotionally Based School Avoidance (EBSA), many of whom have experienced extended time away from learning.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
