Job Description

Small Talk Pediatric Therapy Center is a privately-owned boutique therapy practice specializing in pediatrics. Small Talk is currently hiring at our Richmond and Harrisonburg locations. At Small Talk, we emphasize individual attention and specialized care in a warm and inviting setting with a non-clinical feel. We cater to quality of care over quantity of care, with therapists in charge of their own schedule. We offer individualized, family-based treatment to our clients and encourage connection with families in order to maximize growth, with treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client. Our office provides speech, occupational and physical therapies, with opportunities to work together with other disciplines for a holistic approach to treatment. Our office also provides reading intervention services and the opportunity to tie in a child's needs specific to reading with other skill sets that may be lacking such as phonological awareness skills, handwriting, comprehension, and more.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
