Advantage Medical Staffing is seeking experienced Orthopaedic Spine Surgeons to join a leading private tertiary healthcare network in Singapore as part of a multidisciplinary team.

🔍 Key Responsibilities
- Provide surgical and non-surgical management of complex spinal disorders.
- Perform a wide range of elective and trauma spine surgery procedures (e.g., decompressions, fusions, spine reconstruction).
- Deliver multidisciplinary spine care, integrating trauma, rehabilitation, and pain medicine services.
- Maintain leadership in perioperative patient management and evidence-based clinical decision-making.
- Supervise and mentor residents, fellows, and junior medical staff.
- Participate in clinical governance, research, teaching, and continuing medical education (CME) activities.
- Support service innovation and quality improvement initiatives.
✅ Candidate Requirements
- MBBS or equivalent medical degree.
- Specialist qualification in Orthopaedic Surgery recognised by relevant accrediting bodies.
- Fellowship training in Spine Surgery (preferably specialised in complex/minimal access techniques).
- Board certification and/or CCT/Fellowship from:
- USA (e.g., ABOS)
- UK (e.g., GMC)
- Hong Kong (e.g., HKAM)
- Australia (e.g., FRACS)
- Canada (e.g., RCCO)
- Minimum 3 years’ post-specialist experience (tertiary hospital preference).
- Eligibility for Specialist Registration in Singapore (OR support to obtain it via ABS Partner).
- Strong multidisciplinary spinetrauma and pain medicine experience is highly recommended.
