The Rewards That Ethically Matter
Along with the sense of contribution, this role comes with: ⭐ Starting salary of £30,954 (rising to £34,823 once fully trained) ⭐ £7,000 deployment payment for overseas duties ⭐ Annual Operational Training Supplement of £1,500 ⭐ 23 paid days off (expandable with surplus leave) ⭐ Comprehensive pension perks and life assurance ⭐ 15 weeks paid parental leave options (maternity, adoption, shared parental)
What You’ll Need to Join
To qualify, you must:
- Be a UK, Irish, or Commonwealth citizen born UK citizen or, in certain cases, a dual national.
- Lived in the UK continuously for at least 5 years (3 years may be considered in specific cases).
- Hold a full UK driving licence.
- Meet fitness requirements, including selection tests and pre-joining prep (helpful guide provided).
- Exceed medical and health standards (including eyesight and general fitness, where applicable).
- Complete situational/behavioural assessments and the full required background checks.
