About the Role
Join our mission to end bullying and violence.
We Are Stronger Charity is a registered charity dedicated to preventing and addressing bullying and violence. Our goal is to create safe, inclusive environments where every individual—particularly children—can thrive free from psychological and physical threats. As the only anti-bullying charity in the UK to offer both legal and psychological support for free to victims, we’re determined to make a lasting impact.
We’re seeking a passionate and experienced Sponsorship Manager to help secure sponsorships for our events, enabling us to empower, inspire, and combat bullying at its roots. This is an opportunity to align your skills with a meaningful cause while making a tangible difference.
Responsibilities
As the Sponsorship Manager, your key responsibilities include:
- Researching and engaging with organisations (corporates, trusts, foundations) that align with our mission and audience.
- Building strong, genuine relationships with potential partners to secure sponsorships and donations.
- Developing tailored sponsorship proposals for various funding opportunities.
- Tracking outreach efforts, managing sponsor pipelines, and reporting on funding outcomes.
- Collaborating closely with the CEO and team—or working independently—as needed.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
