Your Responsibilities: Owning the Full Sales Cycle

Your goal is to sell high-value conference sponsorships to senior prospects. Key responsibilities include:

  • Driving revenue growth:
    • Deliver credible, professional sales pitches to new prospects, hitting ambitious targets.
  • Pipeline development:
    • Collaborate with our marketing and analyst teams to source, approach, and secure meetings with potential sponsors.
  • Client relationship management:
    • Work closely with content and delivery teams to ensure premium service delivery.
  • Leveraging our expertise:
    • Partner with the content team to create compelling pitches that inspire prospects.

What We’re Looking For in You

We seek a self-motivated, high-achieving individual with:

  • Sales excellence: Proven experience consistently exceeding targets in a B2B sales role.
  • Drive & passion: A strong interest in sales and business development.
  • Team spirit: Natural curiosity about people, with a knack for building and nurturing relationships.
  • **Communication mastery:**Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail: A pride in work ethic, ensuring every task aligns with our highest standards.

Start Date

Flexible, but must report Monday–Friday to our office (London, near Sloane Square)—no remote work offered.

Requirement: You must have a UK work permit/visa to legally work in the UK.
