X2 Commercial Partnership Sales Manager | £45k - £55k + commission | UK Remote (with meetings / travel around London)
Premier Sports Network have partnered with a fast-growing and innovative sports media company creating industry-leading content across audio, video and social platforms.
We are looking for two commercial partnership sales managers, and are open to someone from a traditional sports commercial / sponsorship background, as well as someone from a content & media sponsorship background.

- Partner with elite sports talent and global brands to create multi-platform shows across audio, video and social media channels.
- Content reaching millions of views, giving brands access to highly engaged sports audiences through authentic storytelling.
- Built award-winning shows across Rugby Union, Cycling, Cricket, Women's Football and more, with ambitious expansion plans.
- Collaborative, supportive and entrepreneurial culture within a rapidly growing sports media business.
The Role
- Own the end-to-end commercial sales process, identifying, pitching and securing new brand and agency partnerships across the company's portfolio.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to drive new commercial opportunities across audio, video and social content.
- Build a strong pipeline of new business through proactive outreach to brands, agencies and key decision-makers.
- Create strategic media plans and commercial proposals that maximise partnership value and revenue.
- Develop innovative branded content concepts and integrated campaigns aligned with client objectives.
- Understand campaign pricing models, media metrics (CPM, CPV etc.) and production costs to build commercially viable partnership solutions.
- Lead negotiations through to contract signature, converting opportunities into long-term commercial partnerships.
- Work closely with internal content and production teams to ensure commercial opportunities are delivered successfully.
- Identify new revenue streams and category-exclusive partnership opportunities across the sports landscape.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasting, pipeline management and revenue reporting.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity and emerging commercial opportunities to inform sales strategy.

- Proven track record in media sales, sponsorship sales, commercial partnerships or business development within sport, media or entertainment.
- Demonstrable success generating new business and consistently delivering against revenue targets.
- Experience selling integrated sponsorship, branded content or media solutions.
- Strong network of brand, agency and media buying contacts.
- Ability to build compelling commercial proposals and convert opportunities into long-term partnerships.
- Commercially minded self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and strong understanding of the evolving sports media landscape.
