Sponsorship Sales Manager
Location: London, Victoria (Hybrid – 3 days in the office, 2 days from home)

The Opportunity
We're looking for an ambitious, commercially minded Sponsorship Sales Manager to join our London team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with sponsorship sales, B2B sales, or business development experience who enjoys building long-term client relationships, winning new business, and managing their own portfolio.
You'll take ownership of a portfolio of international conferences, selling tailored sponsorship solutions to technology vendors and solution providers looking to engage with senior decision-makers, including CIOs, Chief AI Officers (CAIOs), Chief Technology Officers (CTOs), Chief Digital Officers (CDOs), and other C-suite executives from many of the world's leading organisations.
Working consultatively, you'll help clients achieve their marketing and business objectives through thought leadership opportunities, brand exposure, networking, and qualified lead generation.

Key Responsibilities
- Own the commercial success of a portfolio of international conferences and executive events.
- Generate sponsorship revenue through a combination of new business development and account growth.
- Develop and manage your own portfolio of clients, identifying opportunities to maximise revenue and build long-term partnerships.
- Prospect and win new business through proactive outreach, networking, referrals, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and market research.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and discovery through to negotiation, closing, and ongoing account management.
- Create tailored sponsorship packages that align with clients' marketing strategies and commercial objectives.
- Develop a strong understanding of your markets, competitors, and industry trends.
- Collaborate closely with Production, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure successful event delivery and exceptional client experiences.
- Meet and exceed individual revenue targets while contributing to overall team performance.
About You
We're looking for someone who combines commercial drive with excellent relationship-building skills. You'll ideally have:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in sponsorship sales, B2B business development, or enterprise sales.
- Experience selling into technology markets such as SaaS, AI, cybersecurity, cloud, enterprise software, data, or digital transformation is highly desirable.
- Experience managing your own portfolio of clients while developing and generating new business.
- A proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales and revenue targets.
- Strong prospecting and business development skills with a proactive, hunter mentality.
- Confidence communicating with senior stakeholders, including Directors and C-suite executives.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple sales cycles simultaneously.
- Experience using CRM systems, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Office.
- A resilient, ambitious, and self-motivated approach with a genuine desire to build a long-term sales career.
