A growing international events business is looking for a Sponsorship Sales Manager to drive sponsorship revenue across its portfolio of global events.
This is a consultative, relationship-focused role where you’ll work with brands, agencies, and partners to develop tailored sponsorship opportunities and long-term commercial relationships.
The role would suit someone with experience in sponsorship or event sales who enjoys building relationships, identifying opportunities, and working within a fast-moving environment.

What You’ll Be Doing
- ✔️ Managing the full sponsorship sales cycle from prospecting through to close
- ✔️ Building relationships with sponsors, exhibitors, and industry partners
- ✔️ Developing tailored sponsorship packages and proposals
- ✔️ Identifying new business opportunities across the portfolio
- ✔️ Managing client relationships before, during, and after events
- ✔️ Attending industry events and representing the business internationally
- ✔️ Maintaining accurate CRM and pipeline reporting
- ✔️ Collaborating with wider teams to ensure successful campaign delivery
What You’ll Bring
- ✨ Previous B2B sponsorship or event sales experience
- ✨ Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- ✨ Experience managing consultative sales processes
- ✨ Commercial awareness and relationship-building ability
- ✨ Organised and confident managing multiple priorities
- ✨ Interest in events, partnerships, and commercial growth
