Sponsorship Sales Manager Central London - Hybrid (3 days onsite) Up to £55k + Uncapped Commission (lucrative OTE)

Ark Recruitment are partnering with a global leader in B2B conferences and networking events that's looking to hire an ambitious Sponsorship Sales Manager to join its high-performing commercial team.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone with 2-4 years' experience in sponsorship, conference or exhibition sales who has built a strong foundation, consistently delivers against target, and is now looking for more ownership, larger deals and genuine career progression.

The Role

You'll be responsible for securing sponsorship revenue across a portfolio of international conferences and networking events within the legal and professional services sector.

Working consultatively with senior decision-makers from law firms, legal technology businesses and professional service organisations, you'll create bespoke sponsorship packages that help clients achieve their commercial and marketing objectives.

This is a relationship-led sales role where you'll have the opportunity to manage the full sales cycle, build long-term partnerships and work on genuinely high-profile international events.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Winning new sponsorship business across an established international event portfolio
  • Building relationships with senior stakeholders across the legal and professional services sectors
  • Growing existing accounts while identifying new commercial opportunities
  • Creating tailored sponsorship proposals that deliver real value for clients
  • Working closely with production, marketing and operations teams
  • Consistently achieving and exceeding revenue targets
  • Attending international events and expanding your industry network

About You

We're looking for someone who's ambitious, commercially driven and eager to build a long-term career within the events industry.

You'll likely have:

  • 2-4 years' experience in B2B events, sponsorship or exhibition sales
  • A proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
  • Confidence speaking with senior decision-makers
  • Strong business development and relationship management skills
  • A consultative, solutions-led approach to sales
  • A genuine desire to learn, develop and progress your career
