Position
As a Sponsorship & Partnerships Intern you will support crafting market leading branded experiences with our key event, festivals & stadium partners that drive both brand visibility, sales volumes & maximise commercial return.
Supporting the planning and delivery for selected accounts, engaging both internally and externally with key stakeholders, the role is pivotal to the successful delivery of market leading activations & sales efficiencies.
Collecting quantitative and qualitative data from sales & marketing activations and campaigns & performing analysis and review.
Collaborate with the Sponsorship & Partnerships team to ideate and support new initiatives that drive brand desirability and revenue growth.
Job Responsibilities
- Crafting Experiences: Execute and validate Brand Marketing activations to increase brands rate of sale and consumer engagement
- Become a brand activation expert in Moët Hennessy UK to animate our On-Premise priorities at a festival, event or stadium site and bring to life amazing brand experiences
- Support the team with account management within our stadia, sports, festivals, and bar operators/caterers
- Assist in operations, logistics, and project management, ensuring smooth execution of initiatives.
- Lead the execution of projects, engaging agencies where required, to bring to life amazing brand experiences and visibility within brand guidelines
- Create and provide brand content for use with customer hosting programming
- Lead the follow-up with each account to ensure required activation outcomes and post activation analysis
- Work to defined budgets and consider commercial returns.

- Support sales with commercial objectives
- Assist in reporting and monitoring sales volume via our partners, comparing actuals vs. forecasts
- Engage staff in venues around our brands and educate about our activations
- Work with Account Managers to leverage activations to improve commercial return for key brands
- Assist with pricing models and work with the RTM & logistics team to ensure all stock orders are in place
- Reporting and evaluating all festival and events activity and volumes
- Manage channels core administration

Profile
Education & Qualifications
- Degree level education
Key Skills & Knowledge
- Experience in Sales or Trade Marketing role
- Knowledge and passion for brand marketing
- Understanding of MHUK brands and the luxury universe
- Strong skills in organisation, time, and project management
- Knowledge of activation implementation / execution
- Creativity to think out of the box and develop new ideas
- Ability to network and engage

- Excellent communication, engagement and relationship building skills
- Strongly customer oriented
- Enjoys problem solving and taking initiative
- Digitally savvy
