Our Activities and Leisure team is looking for someone with charisma, a positive energy, and a passion for creating amazing moments! If you love variety, working with people, and making shifts run smoothly, this exciting role could be perfect for you.
A current NPLQ Lifeguard qualification is required for those working in our pool teams.

About the Role

Responsibilities
- Dive into daily operations: Bring energy and creativity to our Leisure and Activities programmes, helping to bring smiles and memorable moments to life
- Support your team: Provide a high-quality induction and ongoing training, ensuring all lifeguards meet the highest legal standards
- Safety first: Keep customers and team members safe, creating a worry-free environment for everyone
- Achieve targets: Collaborate with department leaders to deliver outstanding results and hit targets

Requirements
- A current NPLQ Lifeguard qualification (if applicable)
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and positive energy
- A passion for fun and memorable experiences
- A commitment to safety and welfare
