The Opportunity
Fixed Term (Maternity Cover) 30th June 2027
Package: £24,784.50 per annum + up to 10% bonus + 34p per mile + significant uniform allowance!
Working: 37.5 hours per week (flexible days/hours)
Location: Glasgow
Don’t just talk about your passion for sport - work it. As our Brand Product Trainer, you’ll be the front line in the win against the competition. You’ll drive engagement, inspire the community, and show the world why adidas leads the pack.
As an adidas Sports Brand Ambassador, you will
- Build a Community - Grow a team of proactive brand advocates in-store and across your local fitness network
- Train & Inspire - Design and deliver high-energy product training (physical and virtual) that gets retail teams excited
- Drive the Experience - Engage with consumers to create a genuine desire for the brand
- Test the Best - Regularly test and review the latest adidas gear (yes, that’s part of the job!)
- Insightful Reporting: Share feedback and best practices directly with adidas HQ via our in-house app

- A genuine passion for running and performance sports.
- An energetic, "can-do" personality - someone who makes an impact with a smile.
- An interest in the benefits of an active lifestyle.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build lasting relationships.
- The Essentials: A full driving licence, a reliable vehicle, and the flexibility for occasional overnights. (Retail/training experience is a bonus!)
