Duty Manager

We are looking for a proactive, hands-on Duty Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of Clifton College Sports Centre.

Job Details

This is a 30 hour per week role, working on a shift basis to cover the operational hours of the Sports Centre but may include early mornings, late evenings, and weekends.

Responsibilities

As Duty Manager, you will be the face of the centre during your shift, ensuring our customers enjoy a safe, clean, and welcoming environment. You will have responsibility for:

  • Overseeing the Lifeguards on shift
  • Undertaking pool plant related duties
  • Managing queries, tours, and new membership sign-ups

Requirements

If you are passionate about health and fitness, have previous experience in the sports and leisure industry, and possess a "can-do" attitude, then we would like to hear from you.
