About the Role
You’ll be supporting the delivery of sports courses, both wet (pool) and dry. Quality lessons and courses are a core focus for us, and the Sports Course Helper role is essential in ensuring first-class service for our customers.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting the teacher throughout lessons, from participant registration to equipment support and teaching practices.
- Collaborating with instructors to deliver engaging, well-structured sessions.
- Contributing to a positive learning environment for participants, ensuring their safety and enjoyment.

Requirements
You’ll be a positive, energetic individual with a desire to help others achieve their best.
Though prior experience isn’t mandatory, having hands-on sports experience—whether through personal practice or coaching—would be valuable. Your ability to engage participants, assist with course criteria, and support the teacher will be key to success.
