About Your Role

As a Sports Course Helper, you will be supporting the delivery of our winter (swimming) and dry-land (e.g., fitness, aqua, gym) Sports courses. This role is vital to ensuring we deliver high-quality lessons and courses that create a great experience for our customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting the sports teacher in registering participants
  • Providing equipment support to ensure smooth delivery of lessons
  • Offering guidance on fitness practices (where relevant) alongside the teacher
  • Ensuring the learning environment is safe, engaging, and effective

More About You

We’re looking for an energetic, supportive individual passionate about helping others achieve their best. You'll ideally:

  • Have an understanding and/or experience of participating in sports
  • Be comfortable sharing your own exercise or sports journey with participants
  • Work well as part of a team, assisting teachers and coaches with lesson criteria
