YOUR MISSION
You will join the Global Sports Marketing team based in PUMA’s Manchester office, focusing on supporting the operational management of PUMA’s partnerships with the Premier League and Manchester City.
This role focuses on ensuring the seamless execution of product operations, order management, and partnership logistics, while supporting day-to-day interactions between PUMA and its key football partners. The position provides hands-on exposure to partnership operations, cross-functional collaboration, and performance tracking within a fast-paced, international environment.
- Support the operational management of PUMA’s Premier League and Manchester City partnerships, ensuring efficient execution of day-to-day activities
- Coordinate and manage product orders end-to-end, including order processing, tracking deliveries, monitoring stock levels, and supporting forecasting
- Maintain accurate operational trackers (orders, deliveries, stock, stakeholder contacts) to ensure visibility across teams
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Business Ops., Logistics, Merchandising, Marketing, Product Line Management) to ensure alignment and execution of workflows
- Assist in planning and executing logistics for partnership activations, photoshoots, and club events
- Support performance tracking and reporting by analysing data and preparing reports and presentations

YOUR TALENT
- Bachelor’s degree (or final-year student) in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Sports Management, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with confidence in Excel (data tracking, reporting, analysis)
- Highly organised and proactive, with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Team player with a hands-on, problem-solving mindset
- Passion for football and interest in the operational side of sports partnerships
- Fluent in English
- Willingness to travel occasionally for events, club visits, or operational support as required
