Myolab Overview
Myolab is a premium performance concierge company supporting individuals working in high-performance environments — where sustained physical and mental readiness isn't optional, it's the job.
We work across elite sport, motorsport, and entertainment, as well as with high-performing private and corporate clients, building physical resilience and mental clarity for people facing high-pressure decisions, demanding schedules, and frequent travel.
Our methods are structured, evidence-informed, and tailored to the individual, drawing on experience across professional sport and the entertainment industry to provide concierge-level care for clients who need to stay primed between peak moments.
Role Description
We're looking for a Sports Massage Practitioner to deliver tailored massage treatment across three parts of the Myolab ecosystem: our broader Performance Population of private and corporate clients, our Pace Lab programme (our dedicated runners' strength & conditioning clinic, based in Hemel Hempstead), and clients within our Elite Sport and Entertainment division.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
Day-to-day, this means:
- Conducting client assessments
- Delivering hands-on sports and therapeutic massage focused on mobility, recovery, and injury prevention
- Maintaining accurate and confidential treatment notes
- Advising clients on self-care and rehabilitation strategies between sessions
You'll work alongside Myolab's wider team of S&C coaches and physiotherapists to support integrated care, and may contribute to refining our treatment protocols and service offerings as Pace Lab and the Performance Population continues to grow.
Role Details
This is a part-time, hybrid role based in Hemel Hempstead, with in-person sessions for Pace Lab clients and flexibility to work from home for administrative tasks — documentation, client follow-ups, and treatment planning. Given the calibre and profile of Myolab's clients, particularly within the Elite Sport and Entertainment division, the role calls for a client-centred, discreet, and highly professional approach, with strict adherence to health, safety, and confidentiality standards throughout.
