Seeking Sports Therapists who want to lead their own clinic.
Become a founding director and co-owner in one of our clinics - be part of one of the UK’s most exciting and disruptive new community healthcare brands. We are creating a new category of MSK career: one that blends advanced diagnostics, modern clinical practice, and entrepreneurial leadership.
Our clinics combine in-house MRI, purpose-built physio gyms, streamlined clinical pathways, and a national network of high-visibility, community-based sites. We’re building a diagnostics-led MSK service designed to transform how muscle and joint pain is diagnosed, treated, and managed.
About the role
This is not a traditional clinical job - it’s an opportunity to found and lead your own clinic within a national network aiming to become the UK’s most accessible MSK care service.
You’ll be part of a movement tackling the UK’s growing, unmet burden of MSK conditions and shaping a new professional identity for clinicians who want to combine hands-on care with innovation, leadership, and community impact.

What you'll be doing
We’re looking for individuals, pairs, or small groups of clinicians ready to establish new clinics with the full backing of our national organisation.
You will:
- Operate as your own boss within our proven Joint Venture model
- Maintain clinical autonomy while adopting our evidence-based clinical philosophy
- Leverage industry-leading technology, including on-site MRI and digital tools
- Build a future-focused MSK service that delivers exceptional outcomes for your community
- Shape a new kind of healthcare career that blends clinical excellence with entrepreneurial leadership

Qualifications
You may be the right fit if you:
- Have 7-8+ years of clinical experience
- Are an ambitious clinician excited to build your own practice in a high-impact UK location
- Are a sports therapist, physiotherapist, sports & exercise medicine clinician, or other MSK professional
- Don’t yet have your own clinic, or want to step up from a smaller operation
- Are energised by the potential of technology, MRI access, and modern diagnostics to elevate MSK care
- Want to be part of a new wave of clinicians redefining what an MSK career can look like
