Key responsibilities Manage markets across a mix of sports, racing and esports during UK-hours coverage. Monitor live events and adjust prices and liabilities in real time. Manage risk and exposure, escalating liabilities in line with trading policy. Resolve markets accurately and promptly. Play an active role in building special and promotional markets Regularly check the front end offering is displaying accurate and informative data Monitor for suspicious or irregular betting activity and escalate as required. Maintain a seamless handover with the Australian traders at the start and end of each shift. Liaise closely with other internal departments (including Fraud, AML, CS and Tech/Dev) to escalate incidents and ensure smooth operational continuity. Adhere to trading processes, limits and compliance obligations. What you'll bring An experienced trader who can own a shift independently and make confident, informed decisions on the fly. Sound judgement Strong working knowledge across sports and racing; esports exposure a plus. Calm under pressure, quick to react, and comfortable being a decision-maker Clear communicator who keeps the day-side team informed and hands over cleanly.
