Picklebet launched in 2020 in Australia and since then has grown to become a top 10 bookmaker in the country. We offer a wide range of racing, sporting, and esports markets, and as we scale, we are looking to fill our overnight window with two experienced traders. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape the overnight trading operation as Picklebet expands into new international markets.
While Australia sleeps, you’re the trader running the show, staying across UK racing, the North American sports peak, and live markets. Backed by a small team of other traders, you will make the big calls in the moment and keep the book moving until the Australian morning. As a fast-growing global bookmaker, Picklebet offers traders the opportunity to make a meaningful impact and help shape the future direction of the business.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
