£30,000 Basic + Uncapped Commission

Via is supporting a leading provider of premium corporate hospitality experiences to recruit ambitious Sports Sales Executives.
If you're driven by earning potential, enjoy speaking to new people and want to sell unforgettable experiences at some of the world's biggest sporting events, this is an opportunity to join a high-performing sales team with genuine career progression.
You'll be selling premium hospitality packages for world-renowned events including Formula 1, Wimbledon, Royal Ascot, Six Nations, Premier League football and more. No previous sports industry experience is required—we're looking for motivated sales professionals with a passion for winning new business.
The Role
As a Sports Sales Executive, you'll focus on generating new business by identifying and engaging senior decision-makers across a range of industries. Using outbound calling, LinkedIn and market research, you'll build your own client portfolio, present tailored hospitality packages and close high-value deals.

You'll receive ongoing coaching and support while working in a fast-paced, ambitious sales environment where success is recognised and rewarded.
What You'll Be Doing
- Generate new business through proactive outbound cold calling
- Identify and approach decision-makers using LinkedIn and other research tools
- Build and manage your own pipeline of prospective clients
- Present premium hospitality and corporate entertainment packages
- Negotiate and close new business opportunities
- Follow up warm leads and maximise conversion opportunities
- Keep CRM records accurate and up to date
- Manage client relationships from initial contact through to booking
- Support clients with deposits and booking administration
- Attend occasional networking events and client meetings
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets

You'll also have:
- Experience in outbound sales or business development
- Confidence making high volumes of outbound calls
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A competitive, resilient and target-driven mindset
- Motivation to earn uncapped commission
- Good organisational skills and CRM experience
- A proactive approach to generating new business
