Telesales Agent - Corporate Hospitality & Sports Travel Sales

📍 Location: Leicester City Centre (office-based, Mon–Fri)
💰 Salary: £30,000 base + uncapped commission
💥 OTE: £50,000 - £100,000
🎯 Commission: Earn up to 10% on revenue

At Prestige Corporate Events, we sell corporate hospitality and bespoke travel packages to the world’s most high-demand sports and music events.

From Champions League boxes, VIP glamping at Glastonbury, and Royal Ascot, to luxury travel experiences for every Formula 1 race worldwide, our packages help businesses entertain clients, build relationships, and close deals that matter.

We’re based just 1 minute from Leicester Station, in a high-energy office filled with young, ambitious salespeople who love sport, love selling, and love winning.

What You’ll Be Doing

☎️ High-Volume Sales with Serious Rewards

  • Make outbound calls to business owners and senior decision-makers
  • Pitch high-value hospitality and travel packages tailored to client entertainment
  • Operate in a short, fast-paced sales cycle - no slow nurturing, no drawn-out processes
  • Focus on volume, energy, and closing - every day is a sales day

What We’re Looking For

✔️ At least 12 months’ telesales experience, ideally in hospitality, events or B2B
✔️ A confident, persuasive speaker who thrives in a competitive, high-volume environment
✔️ Able to engage CEOs, MDs and senior stakeholders with clarity and confidence
✔️ Strong knowledge of sports and live events – especially F1, football, and festivals
✔️ A closer - not just a talker – who knows how to ask for the sale
✔️ Hungry to earn, hungry to grow, and ready to do what others won’t to obtain what others don't have
