Salary: £35,947.46 - £44,356.75 per annum, dependent on qualifications and experience. Progression opportunities available once in post to three further spine points (£46,652.36, £48,230.50 and £49,483.44 p.a.) Please note salary will be pro rata

The Health and Professional Services Pathway is a vibrant and growing area, offering subjects including Sport, Business, Health and Social Care, Travel and Tourism, and Aviation Operations. Staff work collaboratively to ensure the best possible outcomes for students and share a commitment to high-quality teaching, learning, and assessment.

This role will involve delivering the Sports curriculum effectively through a variety of engaging learning strategies, including the innovative use of digital technologies. You will support students studying Sport programmes, helping them to achieve their educational goals while developing the knowledge and skills needed for progression to higher education or employment.

This role requires an appropriate teaching qualification and relevant experience of delivering the 16–19 curriculum. We welcome applications from experienced teachers as well as newly qualified teachers who are passionate about Sport and committed to supporting student success. It is essential that applicants hold a degree or other relevant professional qualification in Sport. For further details, please see the Job Description and Person Specification.
