We’re now hiring a Sports Travel Executive to lead the planning and delivery of our international sports travel packages - a key role in the growth of our product team.
Role Overview
You’ll design, manage, and execute high-end travel experiences for major sporting events worldwide. This includes coordinating all elements of the trip - flights, hotels, transfers, hospitality, concierge services - and often attending events to host clients and oversee delivery on-site.

Key Responsibilities
✈️ Create World-Class Sports Travel Packages Build and manage bespoke packages to events such as: 🏁 Formula 1 (All Grand Prix weekends) ⛳ Ryder Cup ⚽ Football World Cup 🏉 Rugby World Cup
🤝 Supplier & Partner Management Build strong working relationships with DMCs, airlines, hotels, and local partners Negotiate the best rates while maintaining top-tier service levels
🧾 End-to-End Operational Delivery Coordinate all logistics, itineraries, and event-specific details Be on-site at key events to host clients, resolve issues, and ensure VIP delivery
🎯 Sales Collaboration & Product Packaging Work closely with the sales team to build packages that are commercially attractive and easy to sell Create compelling itineraries and content that help drive conversions
🔍 Product Development & Innovation Stay ahead of market trends, event calendars, and client expectations Recommend new destinations, formats, and offerings that keep us ahead of the curve
What We’re Looking For
✔️ Minimum 2 years’ experience in sports travel, luxury events, or high-end leisure travel ✔️ GDS system experience (e.g. Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo) is essential ✔️ Strong knowledge of global sporting events and corporate client expectations ✔️ Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset ✔️ Clear communicator, confident with both clients and suppliers ✔️ Commercially astute with negotiation and margin awareness ✔️ Willingness to attend and host clients at events both in the UK and abroad

Salary & Benefits
