Spray Painters – Critical Role | Arnold Clark
Salary, Benefits & Conditions
Up to £47,000 OTE plus benefits. Additional chance to earn up to £9,000 every three years in performance-based bonuses (subject to terms and conditions).
Location: Stoke Vauxhall Working Hours: Full-time (44 hours per week) Starting Annual Leave: 33 days (progressively increases with service) Salary Reviews: Twice per year Additional Perks:

Hourly Schedule:
- Monday – Thursday: 8 AM – 5:30 PM
- Friday: 8 AM – 4:30 PM
About the Role
Working in a busy workshop environment, you’ll restore accident-damaged and sales vehicles back to their former condition.

JOB ESSENTIALS: ✔ Prior experience as a Vehicle Spray Painter in a professional workshop setting ✔ Sharp attention to detail and ability to multi-task efficiently ✔ Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Preparing vehicles for paintwork
- Masking vehicles before spray painting
- Conducting minor body repairs
- Polishing to smooth defects from vehicle surfaces
- Mixing and applying paints to exact specifications
- Ensuring high-quality, professional finishing every time
