Compensation & Benefits
Up to £47,000 OTE plus performance-based bonuses (up to £9,000 every three years*) with benefits including:
- 44-hour workweek (Mon–Thu, 8am–5.30pm; Fri, 8am–4.30pm)
- Starting at 33 days’ annual leave (increasing with service)

About The Role
Working in our Edinburgh, Ratho Bodyshop, you’ll restore accident-damaged and sales vehicles to factory fresh condition within a fast-paced, professional workshop.

Ideal candidates will: ✔ Have previous experience as a Vehicle Spray Painter ✔ Be energetic, detail-focused ✔ Work both independently and as part of a team
Essential Skills & Experience
- Professional experience as a Vehicle Spray Painter in a bodyshop environment
- Keen attention to detail and the ability to multitask efficiently
- Ability to self-start and deliver work to the highest standards
Key Responsibilities
- Prepping vehicles for paintwork
- Masking & surface preparation
- Carrying out minor damage repairs
- Polishing & defect removal from paintwork
- Mixing & applying specialist paint products to a premium finish
