About The Role
We are seeking a Mid-Level.NET / SQL Developer to join our client's dynamic team based in Surrey. This role offers a hybrid working model, initially requiring office presence during the probation period, with a transition to a flexible schedule of three days in the office each week. As part of a collaborative Agile environment, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of exciting projects that involve building modern, scalable applications across both front-end and back-end systems. Your technical expertise will be instrumental in designing, developing, and deploying high-quality software solutions, contributing significantly to the company's digital initiatives. Additionally, you will mentor junior developers, sharing your knowledge and fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess at least three years of professional experience in software development, specifically with the following technologies:
- .NET Core / Framework
- ASP.NET
- SQL Server
- Angular
- TypeScript or JavaScript
- Entity Framework
Additional skills that are considered a plus include experience with WPF, Kotlin, and Jira. The candidate should demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and the capacity to work independently while thriving in a team-oriented environment. A background in modern software development practices and a passion for creating innovative solutions are essential.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust web applications using.NET and SQL technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Implement responsive and user-friendly front-end interfaces using Angular and TypeScript.
- Optimize application performance and ensure scalability and security standards are met.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes to uphold high-quality standards.
- Mentor junior developers, providing guidance and support to foster professional growth.
- Contribute to Agile ceremonies such as stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to promote team efficiency.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and incorporate best practices into development workflows.
