With over 15,000 five-star reviews, VoucherCodes is the UK's biggest and most trusted voucher site. Partnered with big brands like Adidas, Samsung, John Lewis, Expedia and Domino’s Pizza, we receive over 8 million visits per month. Right now, we’re looking for an experienced Senior Account Manager to join our partnerships team.
Reporting into the Sr. Director, Strategic Partner Development, the Senior Account Manager will be responsible for overseeing a range of high potential accounts, looking at how we can maximise revenue and provide innovative solutions to meet their objectives. You'll play a key role in driving revenue growth by identifying, engaging and securing new retailer and brand partnerships across a wide range of sectors.
The role requires an experienced, proactive and energetic Senior Account Manager/Account Manager with a proven track record in sales and account management and in-depth experience and existing relationships within the retail and affiliate sector. The role will be based in our head-office in London, with some travel required to visit clients and attend industry events.
Key Responsibilities
- Forging strong relations with retailers featured on VoucherCodes.co.uk to deliver mutual business objectives
- Leading QBRs and performance reviews when necessary
- Acting as the first point of contact for retailers, networks and agencies and responding to requests and concerns in a timely manner
- Owning a mid-sized portfolio of predominately mid-tier and high potential/high impact accounts
- Attending meetings independently with your portfolio, to review performance and secure strong commercial packages
- Contributing and participating in the pitching of new products and/or services from VoucherCodes.co.uk to new retailers, advertisers and media partners as well as identifying opportunities.
- Negotiating exclusive offers and better commercial arrangements for VoucherCodes.co.uk with retailers, agency representatives and affiliate networks
- Representing VoucherCodes at industry events, conferences and networking opportunities to generate leads and expand market presence
- Analysing past campaigns’ performance and presenting to partners to secure repeat bookings and enhance long term relationships
- Producing in-depth reports for high revenue accounts where appropriate using multiple data resources
- Utilising varied data sources to maximum effect both internally and externally in order to provide smarter insights and recommendations to both merchant partners and the Partnerships Team
- Identifying new opportunities within your assigned retailer and network portfolio, and proactively targeting these opportunities

Job Qualifications
- Account management experience working with large retailers
- Confident, articulate ‘people person’ with excellent communication skills.
- Self-motivated and pragmatic - works well to targets and happy to take on responsibility for multiple deliverables and projects working independently and as part of a team
- Strong understanding of affiliate marketing and the ecommerce landscape
- Commercially minded with a strong focus on revenue generation and achieving targets
- Tenacious and resilient – overcomes setbacks quickly and identifies new approaches when required
- Comfortable presenting opportunities face to face, speaking on phone and meeting new clients at networking events
- Good numeracy skills - competent working with numbers and more complex statistical data
- Super organised – able to multitask and thrives working towards targets and deadlines
- Curious, proactive and enthusiastic about digital marketing, ecommerce and emerging industry trends
- Familiarity with Salesforce an advantage, but not required
