Founded in 2001 with a focus on representing brands in sports, we provide our clients with a full-service marketing approach, including sponsorship consulting, media planning and buying, creative production and design, experiential marketing, hospitality, public relations, social media and data & insights.

rEvolution is on the hunt for a Sr. Account Manager with a marcomms background to join our growing sports marketing agency. In this role, reporting to the Associate Director, you will manage our resources to meet and exceed client needs and be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients.
You will have the opportunity to work across a number of our clients from varying sports, but the primary account that you would support is the activation of an exciting global brand F1 partnership. We would be looking to utilise your previous partnership activation experience with a particular focus on your marcomms expertise.

You Will
- Lead client business and agency segment teams through briefs, creative strategy development, partnership activation & measurement.
- Put foremost focus into marcomms deliverables including client internal comms, delivering PR opportunities, and copywriting skills.
- Demonstrate excellent relationship building skills to build upon overall client relationship and develop additional business opportunities.
- Be a strategic client and agency advocate who is dedicated to the mutual success of both the client and the agency.
- Collaborate with other rEvolution business units, agency partners and third parties to assure consistency across entire client relationship and ensure successful development and implementation.
- Provide leadership, support, inspiration, and guidance to direct reports.

You Have
- 6-8 years of relevant agency or partnership marketing experience.
- Three-year degree in marketing, business, communications or a related field.
- Knowledge and passion of the global sports landscape.
- Interest and experience in motorsport, and particularly F1, is preferred, but not essential.
- Proven ability to establish, build and maintain client, team, and external partner relationships.
- The ability to travel when required, but not expected to be more than 3-4 times per year.
This hybrid role is based in our fabulous London office, but has a global reach.
