Job Description
Strategic Imperative
The Senior Account Manager is responsible for driving strategic growth, retention, and long-term value across a portfolio of gaming advertisers on the Prodege platforms. This role acts as a trusted commercial and consultative partner to clients, shaping account strategy through deep performance analysis, market insight, and a strong understanding of advertiser goals across user acquisition, ROAS, and scale.
Success in this role requires proactive ownership of advertiser relationships, identifying growth opportunities, optimizing campaign performance, and influencing investment strategy to maximize client outcomes and support sustainable account growth. The Senior Account Manager partners closely with internal teams across account management, supply, product, operations, and sales to ensure seamless execution, resolve performance challenges, and align solutions with client needs.
This role is expected to combine hands-on performance leadership with strategic client partnership, elevating advertiser relationships beyond day-to-day campaign management into durable, high-value collaborations.

Primary Objectives
- Lead a portfolio of advertiser relationships, acting as the primary strategic partner across campaign performance, account direction, and long-term growth planning
- Build and execute account plans that support advertiser objectives, strengthen partnership value, and uncover new opportunities across Prodege’s platforms
- Use performance data, campaign trends, and market context to develop clear recommendations that improve outcomes and guide next steps
- Own regular client communications, including business reviews, performance updates, and strategic discussions with key stakeholders
- Partner closely with internal teams across Sales, Supply, Campaign Operations, Product, and other functions to ensure strong execution and resolve issues effectively
- Represent advertiser priorities internally, helping surface market needs, inform solution development, and improve the overall client experience
- Monitor campaign delivery and performance against goals, proactively identifying risks, optimization opportunities, and areas for broader account development
- Contribute to a high-performance, commercially focused team environment by bringing strong ownership, sound judgment, and a solutions-oriented mindset

Qualifications

Detailed Job Duties
- 3 year + experience in account management and or the mobile gaming industry, with a strong grasp of how performance-based partnerships are developed, maintained, and grown
- A strong commercial instinct and the ability to identify opportunities to improve performance, strengthen partnerships, and drive long-term account growth
- Confidence working with campaign and account data, using performance signals and market context to shape recommendations and support decision-making
- Experience operating in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift quickly and success depends on strong judgment, responsiveness, and follow-through
- Credibility in client-facing situations, with the communication skills to lead business conversations, navigate challenges directly, and build trust with stakeholders
- Professional fluency in English is required; additional fluency in Russian, Turkish, Hebrew or Japanese is a strong advantage
- Strong ownership mindset, with the ability to work independently, stay close to detail, and move initiatives forward across multiple internal teams
- Comfort working across tools and systems used for account tracking, reporting, and workflow management; experience with Hubspot and Jira is a plus
- A proactive and growth-oriented approach, with the ability to balance client needs, business priorities, and long-term partnership development

- Commercial Contribution: The portfolio demonstrates healthy progression through increased account value, broader engagement, and the development of new opportunities within existing partnerships
- Operational Excellence: Campaign execution, reporting, and follow-through are handled with accuracy, consistency, and a high level of accountability across all client and internal touchpoints
- Cross-Functional Effectiveness: Internal teams are aligned, issues are resolved efficiently, and advertiser needs are represented clearly to support successful outcomes

The MUST Haves
- One or more (1+) years of experience at a digital, interactive, or agency (or equivalent).
- Proven success in account management, with a track record of retaining, renewing, and growing client relationships.
- Strong understanding of digital and interactive marketing strategies and campaign execution.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence clients and internal stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to use data to inform recommendations.
- Exceptional organizational, project management, prioritization, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to think creatively and strategically, including comfort with consultative selling and negotiation.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and performs well under pressure.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel as required (up to 50% for sales-aligned roles; up to 10% for other roles, as applicable).
The Nice to Haves
- BA/BS degree preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, and Google Sheets and Slides
- Experience with Hubspot, JIRA, Sigma
- One or more years of programmatical technical account management experience in the rewarded experience industry
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and drive actionable insights
- Partner focus mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service and results.
- Ability to collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Experience building or scaling account management processes or playbooks
- Familiarity with publisher monetization models, CPI/CPE pricing, ROAS optimization
- Experience working in matrixed or high-growth organizations
