Role Overview
Employment Type: Full-Time (US Hours) Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM EST Location: Remote (Latin America) Compensation: $2,500 USD / month
Are you an AI-forward, tech-savvy video editor who can craft thumb-stopping ads for Meta? We’re hiring a Senior AI Video Editor to join our client’s team—a role where you’ll go beyond traditional editing. Your mission: leverage AI generation tools to produce high-converting Facebook and Instagram ads, blending cutting-edge tech with sharp creative instincts.

Key Responsibilities & Deliverables

High-Volume Production (20+ videos/week):
- Produce and deliver high-quality videos consistently and efficiently.

Meta Ads Optimization:
- Edit short-form videos (45–60 seconds) optimized for Facebook & Instagram Ads.
- Ensure strict adherence to aspect ratios, framing, and text-safe zones for maximum visual impact.

AI Integration:
- Source and generate high-quality AI B-roll for seamless storytelling.
- Create and integrate dynamic AI animations that captivate viewers.
- Design and deliver accurate AI Medical illustrations for healthcare or explanatory ads.

- Develop strong openings ("hooks") to maximize attention.
- Refine visual pacing, transitions, and audio sync for engagement coherence.
- Retention Species Expert: Ensure scripts and designs prioritize first 3 seconds and full-viewer engagement.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical Mastery (Non-Negotiable)
- Generative AI Video proficiency: Must be well-versed in leading-edge AI tools for video production.
- AI Specialization:
- AI B-Roll Generation (supplemental, not replacement) – Silicon Valley scale or niche expertise.
- AI Animations – Diverse styles, from branded to promotional.
- AI Medical Illustrations – Accuracy paramount; if no medical experience, lien from ethical consultation.
- Adobe Premiere Pro & After Effects – Mastery required for professional video assembly & motion graphics.
- DaVinci Resolve/Beverage industry etc. - Luxury real-time color tooling.

Practical Experience & Mindset
- 5+ years in professional video editing.
- Senior-Level EDITOR background, proven on high-volume teams.
- High-volume industry sphere: Experience with e-commerce direct-response or premium digital advertising (preference) or similar needs.
- Meta Ads Silver Qualification: Intimate knowledge of Facebook & Instagram ad algorithmic elements—hook strategies, attention mechanics, experiments, and campaign needs.
- Collaborative Hustler: Adjusts to foreign language creative briefs, technical collaboration with no translation lag.
- Production Rocket Fuel: Ability maintain 20/videos/week without cognitive tolls on either speed or emotional feels.
