About The Role
American Express Global Business Travel is seeking a detail-oriented and brand-passionate Junior Analyst, Brand Management & Compliance to join our Global Brand Management team. This is an exceptional opportunity for a marketing-minded professional with a keen eye for brand consistency and compliance to drive impactful change across our organization.
In this role, you will be the guardian of our brand standards, executing our brand transformation strategy by ensuring all internal and external marketing materials align with both compliance and brand guidelines. You will:
- Manage our brand resource hub, audit assets across multiple channels
- Guide stakeholders through required changes cross-functionally with marketing teams, agencies, and legal teams
- Support acquisition integrations, ensuring transitioned brands comply with Amex GBT standards and legal requirements
This role is ideal for someone who:

Your success will be measured through reductions in brand compliance issues and a stronger, unified brand presence.
What You’ll Do
- Audit internal and external marketing assets (across marketing, sales, agencies, and trade partners) to:
- Identify brand compliance gaps
- Ensure adherence to brand and legal standards
- Manage and maintain our brand resource hub (including internal brand site and DAM system):
- Ensure stakeholders have access to current guidelines and approved materials
- Keep systems organized, up-to-date, and accessible
- Guide stakeholders with clear feedback on compliance issues:
- Provide actionable recommendations for corrections
- Develop and deliver brand enablement materials:
- Training resources, guidelines, best practice documentation
- Support and lead acquisition brand transitions, ensuring:
- Aligned Amex GBT standards
- Legal compliance
- Track and report on brand compliance metrics:
- Measure reductions in brand compliance issues
- Document impact of enabling initiatives

What We’re Looking For
Requirements
- 1–3 years of professional experience in:
- Brand Management
- Marketing Operations
- Compliance
- Marketing Communications
- Related fields
- Deep understanding of:
- Brand guidelines
- Brand consistency models
- Compliance requirements
- Exceptional attention to detail, with a track record of spotting inconsistencies
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including:
- Collaborative, solution-focused discussions
- Ability to explain complex brand requirements without friction
- Multitasking capability under tight deadlines
- Cross-functional readiness to work with:
- Marketing, sales, legal, and external agencies
- Experience with:
- Digital Asset Management (DAM)
- Content or brand marketing systems
- Strong written and verbal communication, with expertise in:
- Brand marketing, content development, and digital channels
