IHQ Financial Reporting Senior Analyst – London
Based in our London office (The Shard), this role is an excellent opportunity for an experienced finance professional to contribute to Kraft Heinz in a high-performing environment.
You’ll report into the Financial Controller UKI, working closely with a team consistently striving for excellence.
Responsibilities
- External financial reporting for multiple entities across the UK, Netherlands, and other countries
- Coordinating audits with external auditors prior to financial reporting
- Collaborating with tax and treasury teams to optimise cash repatriation strategies for the parent company
- Providing accounting support for financial systems implementation and maintenance
- Assisting on ad-hoc projects from an accounting perspective
- Supporting the month-end process for:
- UKI trading entities
- Non-operating entities (holding, financing, or strategic) across various countries

Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
- Qualified ACCA/CIMA with strong post-qualification experience
- Experience working with:
- Large data sets and financial modelling
- Analytical tools such as Power BI and Tableau (preferred)
- SAP FI and Workiva (preferred)
- Advanced Microsoft Excel (formulas, PivotTables, Power Query, Macros)

- Strong communication skills for engaging with diverse stakeholders
- Highly analytical—excelling at simplifying complex data with a solution-focused mindset
- Energetic, proactive, and driven—known for motivating teams and expanding networks
- Ability to thrive in agile, fast-paced environments
- Composure under pressure; views demanding workloads as energising, not stressful
