As a Senior Associate focusing on the Studio Experience, you'll be at the heart of our live studio. You'll work on the front lines to deliver a world-class experience for our members and guests, acting as the ultimate brand ambassador and a key driver of the high-energy studio environment. We're looking for someone who is passionate about creating magical moments and building a vibrant community, all while ensuring the studio runs smoothly.
Your Daily Impact at Peloton
Member Experience & Hospitality
- You'll be the go-to person for all members and guests, providing exceptional service from the moment they arrive.
- You'll manage class bookings, assist with account questions, and lead check-ins.
- You will also organize and host group bookings and provide behind-the-scenes tours for VIPs and other key guests.
- Your role is crucial in creating "surprise and delight" moments, celebrating milestones and making every visit unforgettable.
Operational & Administrative Support
- You'll ensure the studio's daily operations are seamless.
- This includes managing our reservation system, coordinating with the production team on class changes, and handling general administrative tasks like logs and trackers.
- You'll also support various studio activations and special events to keep the energy high.
Brand & Community Expertise
- You'll be an expert on all things Peloton, from brand history to product knowledge and upcoming promotions.
- You'll act as a problem-solver, consistently looking for creative ways to improve the member experience and sharing your ideas with leadership.
You Bring to Peloton
- Experience in a customer service or hospitality role, with a bonus for experience in health, fitness, or guest services.
- An outgoing, friendly, reliable, and professional demeanor with excellent communication skills, both in person and in writing.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks with a "can-do" attitude.
- The ability to work independently, taking initiative without constant direction.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including early mornings, late evenings, holidays – weekend availability in line with the business need.
