Sr Business Process Analyst

Job Summary The Senior Specialist, Process Excellence is a standalone technical and operational lead responsible for the day-to-day management, documentation, and global optimization of employee-facing services across all Insulet geographies. Reporting to the Manager, International Process Improvement, this "operational architect" will focus on two primary pillars: Managing the end-to-end Global Fleet program (including vehicle lifecycles, vendor governance, and cross-border payroll/BiK tax compliance) and supporting DACH (GSA) Business Operations by streamlining regional workflows and bridging communication between local and corporate teams. This role suits an operational consultant with 4+ years of experience in Process Excellence, Global Operations, or Consulting, a strong background in process design or Lean/Six Sigma methodologies, and a bachelor's degree in a numerate subject. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who can maintain service continuity, leverage technology to automate and simplify complex administrative workflows, and ultimately package these processes for future scalability. Fluency in English is required, and professional proficiency in German is highly preferred to support regional operations.
