As a Commercial Sales Representative you’ll take ownership of expanding our commercial footprint in the Nordic region—targeting organizations of up to 1,500 employees—by identifying opportunities, driving new business, and consistently surpassing ambitious sales goals. You'll be closing new business with commercial customers, have a hunter’s mindset, and a passion for creating meaningful connections. You thrive on understanding client needs, delivering innovative solutions, and turning challenges into wins. What Will You Do?
Primary responsibilities include:
- Own the full sales cycle: Prospect, qualify, negotiate, and close deals with key decision-makers in mid-sized organizations.
- Build and manage a high-performing pipeline: Leverage multiple lead sources, outbound strategies, and channel partnerships to create consistent opportunities for growth.
- Partner for impact: Collaborate with field sales teams, channel partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to amplify reach and accelerate deal velocity.
- Be a trusted advisor: Develop deep knowledge of SentinelOne’s solutions and the cybersecurity landscape to deliver tailored, value-driven conversations.
- Stay ahead of the curve: Monitor industry trends and competitive dynamics to continuously refine your consultative sales approach.
- Deliver results with precision: Consistently meet and exceed revenue goals through disciplined forecasting, pipeline management, and proactive account planning.
- Communicate with clarity: Provide timely and accurate forecasts, insights, and strategic feedback to sales leadership.
What skills and experience should you bring?
We’re looking for a high-performing sales professional who combines strategic thinking with a passion for results. You’re driven, curious, and thrive in fast-moving environments where impact matters.
You’ll be successful in this role if you bring:
- Fluency in English and a Nordic language, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- At least 3 years of direct sales experience at a software vendor, with a proven record of closing net new logos and driving territory growth.
- Experience selling into the commercial segment (organisations with 50–1,500 employees).
- A background in working with or through channel partners, maximizing collaboration and reach.
- Prior cybersecurity experience is a strong advantage, though not essential for success.
- The ability to manage complex sales cycles from initial qualification through to executive-level negotiations.
- Comfort operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, maintaining focus and adaptability.
- A results-driven, competitive, and self-motivated mindset, with the determination to consistently exceed targets.
- Exceptional presentation, storytelling, and objection-handling skills that build trust and inspire customers.
