We're seeking a Sr. Consultant, Management Consulting in London in Business Analysis to help us take vision to value and create lasting impact.

Summary

As a Senior Business Analyst, you'll collaborate with stakeholders across our client's organisation to identify opportunities for process improvement, gather and analyse data, and elicit requirements. You'll play a crucial role in driving business transformation initiatives and ensuring project success through analysis, communication and stakeholder management.

You Will

Conduct in-depth business process analysis and document AS-IS and TO-BE process models Gather and validate business requirements through stakeholder interviews and workshops Create detailed functional specifications, user stories, and process flow diagrams Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement Facilitate meetings and workshops between technical teams and business stakeholders Develop business cases and analyses for proposed solutions Support user acceptance testing and change management initiatives Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to key stakeholders Create and maintain project documentation, including requirements traceability matrices

Ideally, We'd Like

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field 5+ years of experience in business analysis Strong stakeholder management skills and experience in running successful workshops High-level awareness of a variety of IT software development methods Experience of the Business Analyst role across all stages of the project lifecycle, including Agile methodologies and project management tools Strong knowledge of business process modelling techniques and tools Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities Superior written and verbal communication skills CBAP/BCS Diploma in Business Analysis (preferred)
